Just a quirky girl from Toronto who loves anything whimsical. I'm a sucker for unique patterns, prints and textures. I'm currently teaching English in Okinawa, Japan. I enjoy experiencing new cultures, meeting new people and listening to their stories.

Ah Oui Oui
As most of you already know, I was born in Montreal, Quebec so my family and I often make the drive there for special holidays. The last time I went back was Easter. Usually when we visit, we don't really go anywhere extraordinary. We're there so often, it feels like a second home. But after living in Japan for a year and not being able to see my family or the city made me grow an appreciation for the place. I told my cousins that I wanted to pretend to be a tourist. I made them take me Downtown, to Old Montreal, cathedrals, Farmer's markets, the whole shebang! It's just a shame that my French is so rusty.
