Ok, so how delicious does this look!?! When I first started working at Red Roof English School, I would purchase this bad boy almost every day. It's from the bakery next door called Nicopan. "Nico" is short for "Nico-Nico" which means "smile" and "pan" means "bread". This chocolate chip pastry literally melts in your mouth!
